We have booked a slightly complex family holiday to the Maldives and worked with Matt Mockford. We have had nothing but great ideas and an effort to make our trip as enjoyable as possible. The holiday is not for a few months yet, but we have already experienced a great after sales service form the team. So far we have found them to be excellent and willing to go the extra mile. There were a lot of changes from our side and we still may add another traveler for a while and we simply had great support and help.

We've used Planet Windsurf a couple of times. We usually need a balance of watersports, cultural and other activities to keep everyone happy. Initially Planet Windsurf helped us with a family holiday at FeelViana (Costelo do Viana) in Portugal. We had a great time and the organisation was smooth. There's lots to do there and the watersports and other activities are excellent. Now we're booking for Rhodes and have received fantastic personalised advice on accommodation, options for kit hire and other activities for a balanced holiday on and off the water. All delivered by Matt who has been quick to respond and has really listened to what we're looking for. Can't wait to get there...

After changing the date and location several times, I finally booked a holiday with Matt to head to Sicily and learn to kitesurf in June. Matt was great, very accommodating and knowledgeable in his advice of where would be the best place to learn and had no troubles piecing together an itinerary to suit my situation. Highly recommend, I have no doubt the holiday will go as smoothly as the booking process.

Casa Cook was an ideal location for me and my wife; Matt's brilliant advice for it as a good kite foiling spot and the best room to go for (sea view) was invaluable. It's a walk of about 100-150m to get beyond the reef for foiling, which is pretty easy given the winds are steady. Hotel, pool, food and room all of a really high standard, as were the super helpful staff. The kite centre is part of the hotel's pool/bar complex and is one of the best I've seen. For a couple where only one of you kites this place is perfect. Thanks Planet.
