Staff are amazing, fab food at a reasonable price. Amazing play equipment. My disabled daughter is always very well accommodated for. The young lady that served us, I believe her name was Ceri? Not sure. But she was amazing. Kind and friendly nothing was to much trouble.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience today! The place itself is big and great for kids.. but.. We were invited to a birthday party.. there was confusion when we got there due to who had to pay and who was already booked in. This was resolved quickly. When I came to walk out I overheard two staff members talking about me and my family, not in a nice manner. When my husband went back to approach staff the young lady worker was very rude and stormed out! Will not return!

Brilliant soft play! Kept our 3 year old entertained for the whole 2 hours, helped by the delicious selection of cakes and coffee (for mum and dad) Everybody's happy! Just a short 20 minute drive from Tiverton.

Smelt so bad we couldnt stay long. It made me feel sick. Had a cup of tea that tasted exactly how the place smelled… like old chip fat. Undrinkable. Slow service on the food/drink counter. Waited about 30 minutes for 2 drinks. Children had fun and place was clean. Unfortunately wont be returning.

Nice place. Well organised and reasonably priced for a child's birthday party. Lots of room. Only downside was jam sandwiches so please advise what you would prefer before hand as, this was not welcomed very well by the children 😂 I would recommend this place
