Asked for tap water (spent £26.70 on 3 kids, 1 adult admission and 4 drinks) Was told they don't do tap water, but sell bottles. I had only brought £27 not expecting it to cost £6.50 per child plus £2 for me to sit on the floor. Even when I explained I was going to faint. He said he cant help

Disgusting , drove over an hour with kids with learning disabilities to be told they can't play for an hour after cahtmbge of times yet Google doesn't state this to have 3 members of staff talking down to me which I also have disabilities, shouldn't be allowed to be in that environment. Been going here for over 20 years since my youth and its severely gone down hill!

I came to this place with my two sons and 10 year old niece before as I had read the reviews that it was a good place for kids to enjoy themselves. My niece and sons loved it so came back again on the Saturday of 18th March at 3.00pm as I was telling the girl that I have one son who's four and my niece who's 10 she looked at my niece saying that "can you tell her to go over there" I was like what do you mean my poor niece was like I don't understand why you making me go and stand the girl made my niece feel so uncomfortable and embarrassed. The girl said to me that she's tall she can't go and play but I said to her that last time you let her in so I Don't understand the girl had no explanation but said even though she's 10 she's tall she can't go and play and if she does we will have to remove her from entering. She made my niece cry all I'm going to say that why did you let my niece in before you need to get yourself trained up properly before making a poor girl cry very made system and disgusting member of staff not good I should advise the whole company to get trained on customer service especially that girl. Please sort your customer service skills out and how to speak to a 10 year old this is very serious

Had my sons Birthday party here at weekend, all 13 kids absolutely loved it! A lot of questions about cost etc as the parents were impressed too, host was brilliant with the kids throughout Lots of rules to abide by, however all very fair, thanks for a great time !
