Initially, I left a poor review on here - a positive installation was followed by some major issues and seemingly complete radio silence from Planet Granite - but eventually Steve and team did get in touch and arranged relatively promptly to visit and fix the issues via a repair - which is still holding as of today some years later. Materials used are of extremely good quality and on balance I’m adjusting my review to make a fairer reflection of the service provided.

Having just had a granite worktop installed in my kitchen, the quality of workmanship and materials are really quite stunning. Equally, the efficiency and professionalism of the entire process from visiting the factory and showroom to the help and advice from the team culminated in an incredible end result. Without a doubt, worktops make or break and kitchen. Needless to say Planet Granite exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend them.

I have just had a marble worktop installed in my utility and also a small section of a bar and have to say that the quality of workmanship is spot on. Throughout the process I received fantastic advice and from initial consultation through to delivery and installation everything was perfect. The quality of finish is outstanding and I could not be happier with the result. I will definitely be using them again and would totally recommend.

I’ve given 5 stars as the finished product is great! We are really happy with our Lincoln Bloomstone, and the three chaps that have fit it did an excellent professional job. Vince was super doing the template and had great ideas and was really helpful. Donna was brilliant who we saw first, and really helped us make our choice. The only small issue I’d say is customer services needs a bit of work, communication, instead of me having to chase up revised quotes so I can pay etc. Russ was great too. Did have someone I spoke to a few times in the shop via the phone so not sure on the name but he was really rude and stressed and I felt like I was interrupting something more important. Other than that we are over the moon with the finish product and that’s the main thing! Only had it fit today so I’m hoping no issues down the line but we are really happy.

Absolutely awful shoddy workmanship not fitted correctly so decided to fill the gap which looks awful damaged my worktops and Steve the owner is extremely rude then calls me a liar when I leave a review avoid this Avoid this company at all costs their aftercare is appalling never came back to rectify damage cupboard had to sort it myself but upon reading many other bad reviews about this company it seems they don’t follow up with their aftercare you just get a load of abuse from Steve the owner cupboard

Long time coming this review, great product looks brilliant, best part of the kitchen if I’m honest. Friendly staff only drawback is not having details explained at deposit stage. They charge £150 per slab or thereabouts restocking fee if you cancel order. We found the same product cheaper tried to cancel within a few days of deposit and were told this is what it would cost. Don’t know why they charge this as they seemed to have everything in stock when we changed product before final purchase. Guys on the day did not tell us this details and no documentation to say given other than receipt for deposit with no t and c’s, too keen for the sale I suppose. Said they would look after us I.e. throw in a splash back and free bevelling but ended up charging us for everything. Would look around next time, can be bought cheaper and to similar standard elsewhere, can’t complain about the quality.
