Extremely disappointed when the bouncy finally arrived 45 mins after the party had started after continuous phone calls n no answer, to then be blocked….would not recommend when you’ve got 30 7 year olds waiting!! Unnecessary stress caused when a phone call could of corrected the whole situation! I’m under the impression that “traffic” was not the issue here as they collected the bouncy castle within 20 mins of us ringing them! 2 people were in the van so one could of made a phone call! Avoid unless you want frustrated kids.

Great company would 100% recommend. Was a last minute order the online ordering system was great and easy to use. Hire from here most years maybe a few times a year as we have four children. They love a bouncy castle for their birthday’s. Very helpful staff and set up where you ask them too. Would 100% recommend, whether for a party or just for fun.

We have been using Planet Bounce every year for the last 4 years. They do everything they can to accommodate us. Last year, one of the children ran behind the disco dome and must have tripped on one of the cords to the speaker by mistake, pulling it out. Despite them being really busy (and warnings to not let anyone near it!), they tried to help me over text and,when that didn't work, actually came back out to help us get it working again. We just can't fault them at all and looking forward to making another booking this for this summer! Thanks Planet Bounce! 😄😄😄😄

Similar to others experience. No show on the morning of 5 year old birthday. Have been here before and claimed it was due to the garden incline. Obviously, couldn't have flagged that at the time of the booking.. avoid. Nearly 1 week on no money back. Dishonest in my view UPDATE (POST INADEQUATE RESPONSE): this doesn't explain why you didn't explain this during the booking. Do you not keep a record of your previous bookings or you just wait to show up on the day? Anyway thanks for being so communicative on the day. My 5 year old had a great time thanks to your unreliability and inability to check an address and accepting payment (which is still not refunded). AVOID AT ALL COST!

Great company I can’t recommend them enough. Such an efficient booking system and a really nice friendly delivery. I feel for these guys, because a couple of the first reviews you read (amongst all them Amazing ones lower down) made me concerned but then when you read them properly and you realise that it’s people being really tricky and messing a small businesses about.
