Poor customer service - Regarding temperature loggers; Being quoted the wrong items/repair costs constantly, even under the same quote. In 2020 we purchased many temperature loggers of the same model, its only 2022 and we've had so many repairs on them for "Battery Errors" that we should of literally purchased replacements.
