Places Camberley shame on you for not following through with a legitimate complaint where another member wrote profanities on my car in your car park! Apparently cctv wasn't sufficient despite it happening directly in front of the camera; on previous unrelated incidents its worked ok, when asking is the cctv fit for purpose? After 4 months of emails, phone calls and so on I was contacted today (3rd manager) duty Manager, Carol. Not only have I been told no action despite pointing out the culprit to staff but the disgust of being told "perhaps you're being stalked" the patronising and care free attitude absolutely disgraceful, I could go on! I've asked for an external contact as locally the staff are either unable to deal with it or protecting the member! I was informed by a member of staff (confidentially) before I had even sent the email requesting action that it wasn't being taken seriously and wouldn't be dealt with. The exit strategy of the management at Camberley places was the Police weren't able to help despite the leisure centre holding the answer to his identification.. Apparently pointing out the culprit who shouted in owning up to it wouldn't be enough grounds to challenge him.

Shocking company and will be cancelling my membership tomorrow. Joined about a month ago with my daughter but had nothing with issues with app and booking. Spent more time on phone than in gym. Management never call you back and hide behind junior school leaver staff. Kept adding charges to my account when should be covered by membership, which prevented me booking sessions. Came on line to complain to customer services and a message comes up saying service down as being redeveloped! Pointless complaining at the Dorking Centre as the management are often seen swanning around but actually do no managing. Will tell everyone to avoid like the plague and to go else where.

Without any customer notices and or consideration following a pandemic, they have instructed gyms to turn off air conditioning and ventilations. The gym is now a sealed steamy smelly sweatbox and perfect for air born viruses to spread as well as the decrease for effective workouts and risk to anyone with existing respiratory health conditions.

Tried to contact head office phone number but just got a recorded message referring caller to web site. Impossible to contact by phone. Was trying to report dangerous/inadequate fire evacuation practices at local site but not taken seriously by staff there.

what a terrible company, its allows you to see the leaders but DONT'T think about getting in touch with them.... I want to make a complaint and guess what there is no where to place a complaint.... The leisure centre my daughter attends for swimming lessons have had all the hair dryers taken away to save money. Forget about the fact its coming into the cold weather but lets allow the kids to go home with wet hair... Haven't the children suffered enough with 18 MTHS off school..... and then I get an email the prices for the member ship is increasing.... are you having a laugh

I have been attending swimming lessons with my children in Wokingham and Woodley but am close to giving up. Lessons are frequently cancelled with no notice. My 7 year old has been in the same level for 8 months and 3/20 of the areas he is expected to achieve haven’t even been assessed yet. Really poor!

I suspended my membership according to the rules due to knee surgery, they continued to take monies from my account, after visiting my local gym, and making enquiries and speaking directly to the management team l was told that l would be reimbursed all monies and my membership would be cancelled, that was in December 2021, money is still being taken from my account, TERRIBLE.
