Our townhouse complex does not charge a monthly maintenance fee. We take care of all maintenance and repairs on the property ourselves.What is the length of the lease agreement and are there any penalties for breaking the lease early?
Our lease agreements vary depending on the rental property. However, we do offer flexible leasing options for our tenants. If a tenant needs to break their lease early, there may be penalties depending on the circumstances. At the end of the lease term, tenants have the option to renew their lease or move out of the property. We were new to England, and we got a wonderful experience with searching for a house here in Birmingham through places. They helped us in finding the house as per our needs,selecting the right wifi, helped us in setting up our accounts for electricity, council,etc. They also helped us in searching for stuff for setting up our houses.
