We used Paul to do a survey on a narrowboat purchase. He was polite throughly professional and answered any questions we had. Paul also walked us around the boat and explained what he was checking for pointing out areas that needed attention but not in a over bearing way. A full detailed report was sent to us in a timely manner and communication was first class. We would highly recommend Paul for a survey.

I contacted Paul for a prospective survey on a narrowboat I wanted to buy, as I had seen a report he wrote for boat and liked the report quality. Although the survey couldn't go ahead in the end (due to issues with the date & seller availability, not at Paul's end), Paul was super flexible and responsive, answering all my questions as a beginner and being very patient when I changed the date multiple times! I would have no hesitation in contacting him again for a future survey.

Paul of PJS has just carried out a full professional marine survey of a Birchwood TS37 motor cruiser which I have since bought. His survey was thorough and professional, conducted in two stages with the boat in and out of the water. He was a pleasure to deal with and reported back verbally after each stage covering good and bad points.
