    I bought a van from these guys first time.. Recommend by a friend. 1 van was ready to drive away 2 fully loaded and clean van 3 low mileage sprinter 4 I got one key but I am still waiting for the new one. 5 6 months vechile warranty 6 6 months free road tax 7 cash and card they can take payment however you want to pay. 8 very polite staff,kind,understandable gentleman.

    I bough a Mercedes Vito and I am very disappointed.At the firs meeting whit Nick was kind ,I told him the van have problms whit tensioner and belt and few more bumps to the paint,he said he was going to fix to put evrething new and he told me the van have a 6 months warranty and not to worry Alex.I call Nick after one week and I told him I want the van but I said; Nick please fix the problem and Nick said yes Alex.The discussion was Tuesday and agree to come Friday to take the van ,but Thursday I asked Nick if the van is done and Nick said ,Alex your van is ready to take it whit mot and service.Friday i come there to take my van but Surprise van has no MOT,Nick tell me to wait 1-1.30 hour to have a new MOT.I finally leave there and after 10 miles appered on the board I have to much oil,I made a picture I send to Nick and he told me is to much oil and when I get home to remove half liter of oil from the engine DON"T FORGET THE VAN HAS SERVICE DONE.Arriving home a 2 day of course I have problems whit the belt.I call Nick and he told me that mechanic put lubricant to the belt,and if is nose again go to alocal service to take a quote and is not problem I have a warranty on the car.Nick told me face to face that if I have a small problem to reparirs close to my house if is bigger problem will fix to their service.I made a mistake I did not read the warranty documents and I belive Nick because in fact I recovered only half what I paid because I dont fallow the rule( my fault).In the end I am VERY UPSEAT and I don t recommend.
