Ordered a Mega Hot and Veggie pizza both were different and had no spices and no ingredients whatsoever. They then pretend they cannot speak English and then when they do they speak so you can't understand, to frustrate you. I spent 22.00 pounds. I would recommend you pay 2 or 3 pounds more and get 2 pizzas from Pizzahut or Domino's. These are the kind of restaurants that should be shut down for poor food and really bad customer service.. guys please don't bother you will regret it...

Seriously disappointed after tonight. Waited three and a half hours for my food. When it eventually turned up it obviously was stone cold mush. Tried to call multiple times to ask what was going on. Calls were ignored, actively rejected and then immediately put on “busy tone”. Incredibly rude! Delivery driver offered no solution or offer to rectify this, just that - “everyone is angry tonight”. Multiple bad reviews on just eat tonight. I appreciate things happen but the VERY least you can do for your customers is pick up the phone and explain/apologise! I hope this is an off day because this was unacceptable. Late delivery, cold food, no customer service, active rudeness and refusal to pick up phone, no offer to refund/voucher and paying for a service I DID NOT GET! Not impressed. Refund wanted!

Would be no stars but won't allowed to when our food turned up 3 of the items was wrong and when we told them it was wrong, they said they will sent out a new order. An hour later my partner phoned up to see whats happened, he got told that it was my partners fault and then it couldn't sent out. We spoke to the person that said he will sent it out and he said sorry and that he will do it now. Hour later, we phoned back and was told that it wasn't going to happen. He also was told to speech to the manager and hung up. My partner called and he was told to come in. Turned out, the person was lieing the whole time till his shift ended. 😡😡😡😡 It would of been easier to do in the first place 🤔😳

Kebab was grease cold had 3 mouth fulls as to grease and went to bed hungry woke up at 3 am being sick can't get off the loo pizza was cold not much topping on pizza chicken nugget were cheap cardboard flavoured chicken wouldn't recommend to anybody I would day not fit for human consumption

Absolutely disgusting. Very poor customer service food arrived cold when phone to complain was told that it was the driver I could do about it have not recorded from this place for months and never will again it should be closed down or refuse a bad company and the owner do not care.
