After a disappointing visit to the Nottingham restaurant I was hoping Leeds had its act together. It did not. Service, really disorganised, inattentive and forgetful. We’d booked a table but not cutlery, no napkins, asked the team for a cutlery pot and napkins, didn’t receive either so had to grab ourselves from another table. We had pre ordered but still had to wait a good 40 minutes for starters to come out, on a quiet evening. The pizza, eugh. I think I get that Pizza Punks aren’t going to straight up Neapolitan authenticity, but for goodness sake stop putting so much cheese on. This was Domino’s/Pizza Hut levels of cheese, the base is too thin to support that weight, additionally you must be losing money with that much cheese on your pizza. Cute venue, nice concept, shame about the execution.
