Sent the wrong item. You clearly totally ignore customer requests and if you don’t have something in stock just send out whatever you want that is semi-similar. Not acceptable - especially with your new rip off prices (approx 70% higher than when I used to order a few years ago)!!!!!! No explanation or apology. I got the entire order refunded via Uber eats You used to be an affordable takeaway with reasonable prices but now you’ve transitioned onto Ubereats you’ve upped your prices to insane prices - you’re a local takeaway - not a restaurant! And even with the insane prices you treat customers with no respect. NEVER ORDERING AGAIN

THIS IS THE WORST £30 I HAVE EVER SPENT. THE MOST PATHETIC SIZE DONER MEAT I HAVE EVER RECIEVED. 4 STRIPS OF MEAT AND A HANDFUL OF CHIPS! THIS WAS A REGULAR TOO!!! ALSO 4 CHICKEN WINGS LOOKED LIKE THEY WAS OFF A BABY CHICK. MY SON HAS MORE MEAT ON HIS LITTLE TOE. THE ONLY DECENT THING WAS THE PIZZA. MAYBE THATS WHERE THE MONEY WAS SPENT!?! YOUD THINK 30 QUID WOULD GET YOU A DECENT SIZE KEBAB AND A DECENT SET OF WINGS. VERY POOR QUALITY OF PORTION SIZES.. I HAVE SPENT LESS AT OTHER PLACES AND RECIEVED MORE. ABSOLUTELY FUMING. WHAT HAPPEND TO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND VALUE FOR MONEY?!. WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN.
