Well, I ordered. Then looked at reviews... And got nervous. As it turns out I really enjoyed the pizza. Plenty of toppings, plenty of flavor delivered quickly. I enjoyed it enough to order there 4 or 5 times since and repeated my first experience. These review sites must work. They seemed to have everything we were whining about. It's a really good feed for comparable prices. It is a thick crust pie and if you don't like a little doughy don't order here. Turns out I do I guess, hence the good review! After very very poor experiences with papa Jon's, dominoes and others in farnham, these guys are a far better place to spend your money.

Absolutely disgusting service. Food didn’t turn up. When the restaurant were phoned we were told that the manager tried to deliver, knocked the door, phoned the house etc. they did not and what they didn’t realise is the house is a 24/7 staffed service. They then told us the manager would not deliver because it was a small order, despite charging a small order fee. Then when asked to speak to the manager, the manager miraculously disappeared. The call handler was rude and gave terrible customer service.

The pizza's are actually good. Let me say that. But I can't excuse poor customer service. Waiting over one hour, I called and was told my order had left the store and will be with me in minutes. 30 minutes later I call and told the same thing! You get zero ownership on what's gone wrong, and they aren't polite. If they were honest, my order had been missed or whatever the real reason was, I'd be OK with it. But being lied to as a customer I can't accept. Their pizza is probably a 4/5. But poor customer service is easily avoidable, and the fact they don't or can't, makes it a one. If you don't have to interact with them (using an app), you'll get an enjoyable pizza. If you do, I wish you luck.
