I bought a new Merrychef oven from these guys and they were superb. Daniel in sales advised me of the best one (he didn’t just go for the dearest) and then helped with the training set up thereafter. Buying for the 1st time from a company I only knew from Google was worrying but my oven arrived within 3 days and the experience has been superb.

Poor customer service. No follow ups done by their representatives, incomplete information provided. I have received incorrect items for which they dont even apologise or they to correct it. Never recommend to anyone. Totally disappointed with their service.
