We're quite new to Banbury and visited tonight for the first time. The food was fresh and very tasty. Everything was cooked really well, the pizza's were delicious. So good to have found an authentic Italian restaurant so close to home. We will be back!

The food was lovely and one waiter was very consistent and polite. However another waiter, fairly young and who I believe was new, was fairly rude to me and my friends. He ignored us when we asked for salt and pepper and walked away when we asked for water. Loved everything else though Kid-friendliness: I said to one of the waiters I want our tip to go to him. I hope it did as he was very polite :)

Nine members of the family, including four children under 7, enjoyed a happy occasion and lovely meals on Saturday, at Pizza Calzone. The food quality is perfect but what makes this place special is the friendly service and attention to our little ones. The pizzas, given “ bunny ears” and the children given balls of dough to play with, while watching where the pizzas were cooked. They loved it and it made for a very relaxing, and enjoyable experience. Thank you to you all! We will be back. Kid-friendliness: I can’t praise the staff here highly enough for their attention to our four little children aged 3y -6y. Our grandchildren are well behaved and enjoyed their food, but in addition, they had so much fun and will surely remember it. Thank you!
