Ordered over 2 hours ago on Just Eat and nothing has arrived. No one picks up the phone or provides an update, at this point I don't even want the food. Obviously customer service is not a priority here and I'm doubting the 5-star reviews. Rubbish, learn how to run a business!!!! UPDATE: Food finally arrived, and the driver was very apologetic, attributing the delay to the inclement weather. However, the food inevitably was extremely mediocre and cold.

Absolutely terrible service, they don't pickup their phones and when they do, I'm guessing they need heavy training on CUSTOMER SERVICE BASICS since the guy seemed to like cutting me off alot, taking them over an hour to make a pizza and have it delivered, this is just beyond ridiculous, I WILL NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN, TRASH!

Ordered off Uber eats. Waited over 2 hours for order to still not be delivered and ordered something else. Phone number wouldnât work, no call from them. No way to contact them to cancel order. Still just says itâs on its way but no idea how long and surely will be cold by the time itâs delivered since âitâs on its wayâ was showing over one hour ago. Terrible service.
