My wife and I called Piwko for a fitted wardrobe. Everything spotless so far. The entire process has been smooth, from the first time we met Piotr to the installation. No delays, and everything followed the schedule and that’s great. The communication was easy with all queries promptly answered. Price wise it was a fair deal, and my partner and I are both really happy. The wardrobe looks great, and it’s exactly how we pictured. Hope it works for you the same way it worked for us. Based on our experience, I would say no brainer if they have what you’re looking for.

Wardrobe and installation was great however the service needs to be worked on. I had to chase after the deposit was paid, there was very little communication and updates and took a long time for a reply. I wanted more work done but the service was even worse after I asked for a kitchen quote and feel like I was given a price to get rid of me.

Unfortunately had to change my opinion- when a problem with one of the drawers appeared (less than 10 months after installation) I was informed to check the drawer is fitted correctly into slide rails (got sent a video how to check for that). However, at the same time I was told it is too late to report any issues as it is almost a year after installation and that I would need to pay to have it checked. When I tried to call, my phone calls kept being ignored. One would have thought that paying a few thousands for a wardrobe it would come with a warranty. Highly disappointed with after care customer service which is, in my opinion, none existent.
