Staff very rude, unfriendly. In the middle of serving me started talking with other staff member ignoring me. When I asked the staff a question she looked bored and asked the other staff member to answer the question, as she could not be bothered to be more elaborative in her answer to me. Overall staff need, costume service training asap.

Staff could be a little more polite and friendly, I understand Christmas is a stressful time but there's no need to talk down to customers or berate them for their wrapping of packages. There's a way of talking to customers that avoids this.
