I had very bad experience with this today 18/07/2022, at 15:20. The male dentist, aged between 55-60 was not professional at all. I'm new patient, and today was my first visit, he so eager remove my tooth. Though I have problem, there's pain, and didn't go to remove that tooth. When I asked whether I could fix it later, his answer was too saucy with no respect whatsoever. When I said I don't have any pain, it doesn't to be removed. He said, he isn't talking about pain but infection. I thought the infection he was talking about would affect other teeth, so I agreed. After having received the injection to numb the area, I wanted to spit where into patients normally do spit, but the answer was very quick" no no no. I was then given a blue plastic to spit in. After 5 minutes, he decided to remove my tooth. It was so forceful and so painful. I have never experienced such pain in all the dentists’ surgeries I have ever be. I had to asked him to wait. But I thought wise not continue with procedure. He was so angry and told me never to come back to surgery again. In fact, I have had 2 teeth removed by my previous dentists, I felt nothing at all. No pain, nothing. I did not even know the teeth has come out. But my experience with Mr. Abas Karen Said at Pitsea Dental Surgery really bad. I don't even think he deserve even one star though the receptionist was good.

No one enjoys the dentist, especially an emergency appointment as it's worse case ,that was me today, but from the moment I walked in and spoke to the reception and the dentist who is not my regular dentist were all excellent for the care and niceness ,but the dentist s assistant was second to none ,thank you to all of you ,

Being a stress head and petrified of the dentist this is the only surgery that I feel comfortable with. I give them 10/10. Their Covid precautions in place are perfect.
