I was contacted by gazebo shop the afternoon on the day after I ordered the gazebo with 2 options of alternative colours one of which was not on the website I contacted them again for an example of the colour. The next day I had an email to say the gazebo had shipped unfortunately it had shipped to the courier. The following day I had an email confirming delivery for that day. The gazebo didn't arrive or the next day. Two days later the courier arrived unexpected with only 2 parts of three of the gazebo. I contacted gazebo shop whilst the courier was at my house and they agreed I should reject the packages and an offer if refund was taken up by myself. Five working days later I still have no refund. My experience is it is not organised at gazebo shop and even less so at the courier they use. Unfortunately I would say shop elsewhere on my experience.

Unfortunately I have bought my second gazebo from this company, and to be fair I was planning to buy 5 more next month for my circuit of markets. I now regret my purchases and I am now 100% convinced I need to look somewhere else for the 5 additional gazebo I need to buy. Their office seems to be run by the stereotypical admin staff who sit on their office all day, gives short computer-like answer, delivers misleading, false` or unhelpful information, blame each other for mistakes and never, NEVER apologise. You will need to fetch these people over and over in order to get a response or any sort of help. Very poor customer service, which is a shame because their products are actually decent. In this climate where people should consider themselves blessed to have a job or to get any business at all it is astonishing to see how spoiled and lazy these people are. I feel for the owners of this business.

After spending well over 1500 our canopy was used twice in the summer and has become brittle and torn It was erected for 4 hours max in its life Now trying to get replacement Not happy at all

I recently bought a canopy from Gazebo Shop. I am so happy with the quality, the price and the fast and friendly service that I received. I would recomend this company to anyone. Canopy is the same quality as.Gala Tent but half the price.
