    As a reactive pump repair company, Envirocare Site Services have used Steve on numerous occasions. What he doesn’t know about pumps isn’t worth knowing. The go to guy for pumps. We have bought numerous Homa pumps which have never let us down. A quality supplier. Would have no hesitation recommending Pisces pumps and also the quality of the Homa pumps supplied.

    Wednesday 05th June 2019 I try to make contact with HOMA pumps. I email the manufacturer direct as this shows up on a google search. NO REPLY. It has taken me 4 x emails to HOMA pumps, then I call the +49 number and get to speak to Wolfgang who says I need to contact a guy called Steve at P.I.S.C.E.S. Pumps Ltd. Several attempts i try to get P.I.S.C.E.S. Pumps Ltd to quote me as these are the U.K distributer for HOMA pumps (NO REPLY), plus another 3 x phone calls to Wolfgang at HOMA pumps and another 2 x emails to Steve at P.I.S.C.E.S. Pumps Ltd plus 1 x phone call to Steve at P.I.S.C.E.S. Pumps Ltd, only to be told “I’m on the other phone can I call you back”, still no reply. On Friday 07th I receive a phone call from Steve at which point I tell him that he has took too long to reply to me. NOW on 11th June 2019 some guy called John Bailey bothers to reply to my original email request for a quotation!! Do they not spesk all to each other? Almost 1 week later i receive my quotation. Lost the order and lost the customer! Absolutely shocking service. DO NOT USE THIS BUNCH OF AMATEURS
