I recently contacted pertek Tyne and Wear for some replacement hoses for a powerflush machine that cleans radiators in a domestic property.I called them as I could not get the hoses I needed from the company that manufactures my flushing machine.I thought that they would not be interested in the job as it was just a small job. I got through to one of the managers called David.he let me explain what I needed and gave me a few different options.David was not from a plumbing background but seemed to understand what I was after.after a few days he came back to me with a really competitive quote in fact it was half the price for the alternative that was not what I wanted.once I agreed to the quote David got the hoses done a week later.the quality was excellent and overall one of the best experience I’ve had with a company.
