I just want to send you guys a message to let you know how impressed I am with the service I and my wife got today from Justin at the Leyton branch. My wife went to site on my behalf as I was having a brake emergency with my classic car. My wife is deaf and he was amazing with her and he was so helpful. He used my wife’s phone on FaceTime and went through my options. He came up with a work around solution to my problem and went way out of the boundaries of standard customer services. This guy needs a commendation and some kind of recognition for his outstanding service. I will certainly use Pirtek again.
