Jody recently purchased some Silkie hens with Pipinchick and wanted to leave this review but struggled to without a Gmail account so asked we post it for her as below, thank you Jody. "Suzanna was so helpful and gave us lots of great advice. We are first time hen keepers so it's all new to us but she explained everything and is there if we need any more advice which is so reassuring. The hens are very healthy, happy and settled in so quickly.-they are such friendly fluff balls and love cuddles! I really recommend getting the mini starter pack as it has everything you need, plus it's what the hens are used to too. I totally recommend Pipinchick-the hens are absolutely gorgeous!"

The 2 Silkies we bought are healthy and happy however I feel the customer service could be better. A road closure made me 20mins late for collection but unfortunately the mobile number provided specifically for late collections was unmanned, leaving me trailing the country roads unsure if I’d missed my appointment. When I pointed this out to the manager, she didn’t seem to understand how briefly answering her phone (and following their own procedure) could have alleviated the problem. However we are happy with our new chickens.
