Following discovery of a broken minor fitting part (a plinth clip), I was having trouble sourcing a replacement. In desperation I turned to Pipescenes (Eastleigh) for help. Not only did the helpful counter staff know exactly what I needed, but they were able to quickly and efficiently supply a replacement. Knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful people. I recommend a visit to their showroom for those with bathroom & plumbing supply needs. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys.

The team (Lee, Rod and Kurt) that have fitted all our bathrooms have always been professional and highly skilled and again worked with us in getting the job done on time and to a superb finish. Hi I found pipescenes helpful. Melissa charming and the guys behind the counter terrific. Until 9 months after purchase some chrome rusted. I rang Melissa and she explained I had bought low end and what did I expect. I didn’t know I was being treated as a low end customer when I bought 2 bathrooms. I was hope for the best that I afford. 30 months later both loo seats cracked at the same time. One hardly used. My partner and I make over 140 years of loo seat experience - never happened before. The guys in spares fabulous - Melissa again told me I was low end and what did I expect. I have written but no reply. My advice check where you come in customer evaluation - you may be low end without knowing. There are no smiles if things go wrong.
