Bought an induction kit from Pipercross. The product that came was not as advertised, missing a carbon fibre heat shield. Pipercross said it was a mistake on their part and that the kit was not supposed to have that part, but refused to refund me. To this day they have not changed the description of the product. Unprofessional and untrustworthy.

Needed a filter for a custom made intake for my 1.6 16v, i measured the specs pipe diameter, filter height etc, clicked on site within a couple of mins i found cone filter suited to my specs, it arrived next day, i'm really pleased i can't wait to fit it and have an induction roar again, it takes me back to the 90's when i had 8v mk2 gti's, back then we didn't need 500 bhp to have a good time, 112 bhp with a filter and exhaust was more than enough.
