The pipercross filter let through particles that scored the turbo blades! Lucky i noticed it before any real damage was done. Sounded good though, but not worth the risk of engine damage.

As much as their products are good, their site and sales department are simply scammers... DO NOT ORDER ON THEIR LIVE ENGLISH SITE! Following order cancellation, I was asked to return the product which was done and whose return was confirmed by the carrier. I was then told that they never received the return, that it had to be destroyed and that I cannot be reimbursed. So they are liars and crooks... I obviously have all the email exchanges with their services as with the carrier (DHL). I can only advise you to avoid!!

Well I ordered pipercross filter off the website which said they were in stock only to receive a email saying they were not in stock for 6 weeks so I asked for a refund, then bought a K&N air filter only for the pipercross one to arrive two days later even tho they said 6 weeks wait time 🤔 now I'm stuck with two air filters and paid twice as much because these guys don't know there stock! Also I noticed no difference when fitted to the car.

very poor customer services & even more very very very poor filter, this is the state of my filter after putting in my bmw 335d at 5000miles, i thought ill give the filter a clean today at 23000 miles as its been a while since installed and to my horror this was the state of the filter had all disintegrated and was like a sticky tar like goey substance, i spoke to customer services and they said they wont do anything and i need contact were i bought it from and said because i didn’t buy the filter from them they not going honour the warranty even though its there product going to order a k&n filter today hope there customer services and main thing is filter is better
