Pipedreams supplied our wedding cake stand and various accessories. The service and help was spot on and the quality of the products supplied was excellent. All true but wait, thatās not all... This wedding was in 2013. Itās now 2018. Last night my wife randomly thought to ask me if Iād ever been back to collect the Ā£90 deposit... no I hadnāt was the cringing answer. Trouble. š« Reluctantly, I sheepishly called pipedreams and explained the situation (and that my wife had insisted I call - obviously). Rather than the āitās too late pal, jog onā response I was expecting and frankly deserved, I was called back within an hour and refunded the deposit without issue. I am now in my wifeās good books for having āsorted the problemā when in fact I did nothing but make a phone call. Happy days š In seriousness, what a fine attitude. Thanks very much pipedreams for being great. š
