I question the authenticity of some of these reviews, as quite frankly I found that this company was quite difficult to communicate with, a contrast to what some other reviewers have been writing. Their attitude towards me was frankly rude and condescending, when I tried to resolve some server related issues for a friend. Thankfully I've convinced them to move to another hosting provider. They now receive much better support and customer service, which should really be expected tbh.

Having worked with a number of hosting providers for over twenty years, I can heartily recommend Pipeten. Their support has always been second to none with a fast turnaround, excellent evaluation and detailed solutions. They are quick to identify and resolve issues with no passing from pillar to post and offer a good level of advice where required. They're not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. Their servers and support staff are UK based and they're the best I've ever worked with!

Pipe Ten is a hard working first class hosting company offering fantastic value for modest annual cost. The support team is extremely helpful and respond always with good communication. The ticket system works very well. The team do their utmost to solve problems. As an inexperienced non programmer and not being developer I have utmost admiration for the help and support Pipe Ten provides. Jamie has been particularly helpful with numerous queries I have made and I have been reassured that Pipe Ten is there to give a reliable good service. Gavin has also been very helpful.

Every single time I've liaised with Pipe Ten, their support has been dismissive, arrogant and unprofessional. The only reason I have had to contact them is via a third party, and every time it's an unpleasant and difficult experience to try and get issues resolved. One such issue was with their server security. I was fobbed off with it being a problem with the hosted app's code (wasn't their issue of course). That was fine, but I also pointed out that their server was failing a security check. They initially ignored this, again blaming third parties, so nothing was done. Interestingly, they later fixed the issue without my knowledge. This proved their incompetence in acknowledging it was actually a fault at their end. If you don't have to deal with this company, look elsewhere for far superior customer service. It's not really acceptable these days.
