I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the POOR SERVICE at your restaurant. I had visited your restaurant for a serve times.the entire service are v v disappointed. To begin with, we had to wait for almost 10 minutes before we served .FURTHERMORE THE STAFF ) Seemed disinterested in serving customers n we not attentive to our needs.Serveral tomes we had to call for them to refill our drinks and they seems annoyed. I hope that you take our complaint seriously n make the change necessary to improve your services. Thank you for your attention.

I came across this place while walking on Princess Street. The staff immediately seated us at a table and asked if we want some drinks. I am not sure if this was because we were the only non-Asian people in the place, but while the other tables got free Chinese tea upon seating, we did not. We ordered the 3x£12 meal and the food was pretty decent. It took a while for the food to be served, but the taste was good. Apart from not having had the tea (that was also part of the 3x£12 offer) we were a bit disappointed about the £3.60 charges for a can of coke (it does cost less than £0.6 to them) and the hidden service charges added to the bill (approx 10% of the total). Firstly, these were not mentioned anywhere and secondly, at a time of financial crisis hidden charges do not feel sensible. Interestingly, the waiter did her best to basically hide the bill and rushed to get the payment without even giving us a chance to look at it (a bit rude, in my opinion). When I asked for a copy, she only gave me a copy of the CC receipts, but not of the bill. Not really transparent. I would only recommend this place to Chinese people as they get preferential treatment over other customers. Plus, most of the menu and the order form is only written in Chinese and that makes ordering really challenging for those who do not speak Chinese.

Because the longer hair waitress very smile and polite last time, so I with my friends to visit this restaurant again.Then was raining long time, and no many customer in this restaurant. When we ate and ready to leave the short hair waitress scold me and push my chair she said we sat a long times, actually we just sat less than 2 hours so I decided i never come this restaurant later.
