Same as others. Waited almost 2 hours for deliveroo delivery. Says they deliver themselves. They don't answer the phone then rang and said I had to collect. Spoilt our evening as so late and feel like I wasted £40. Food wasn't great either. Won't go back.

I ordered Pad Thai last night and it was incredibly flavorsome though we are informed in advance that the food might be an hour late due to valentine’s day. I really appreciate the way staff being so nice and kind. He also gave us a discount for the apology. Will order next time for sure!

I ordered delivery via uber, being told the restaurant delivers on their own. I presume this saves them money rather than relying on uber. They accept my order, 90 minutes later I’m waiting on the food, the restaurant doesn’t answer their phone so I leave a message. Ten minutes later they call me back saying sorry we don’t have a delivery driver, can you pick up? I was told this about 100 minutes after I had ordered, hungry and angry at this point. The restaurant should not have accepted the order and I should have been notified of this much sooner, not almost two hours later! And only notified after calling numerous times and requesting a callback. This shows an utter lack of care and disrespect towards the customers. I don’t care what your food tastes like, I wont be back.
