I originally went to see Randal to help me with prolonged sinus/hay-fever problems I'd been having, and he quickly put me on an even keel. I've since been seeing him regularly and after every appointment I feel so much better - it has helped with my general health and my sleep has improved too. I call Randal my Magic Man! I have been seeing him since April after making the decision to try the Acupuncture route before surgery & he has been an integral part of my journey to get better! From the 1st telephone conversation I knew Randal was an extraordinary human! He immediately understood what I was going through mentally & physically & I found this extremely comforting after such a traumatic time with my health. I have been having weekly Acupuncture with Randal & on the very odd occasion when I have missed a session my Mum has commented saying that she had noticed a difference in my mindset & that I needed to get an appt booked! Randal has a wonderful way, he has a great sense of humour and a brilliant story teller which always brings joy to my appointments! I finally decided to go down the surgery route and Randal was fully supportive in my decision and has helped me incredibly. I have been seeing Randal for the past 6 months primarily for hormone imbalances/ irregular cycles and at times for anxiety. Depending on my needs that day Randal will focus on what’s best for me . With the unbelievable knowledge he has of acupuncture I know I’m in safe hands . I always walk away from each session feeling happier in myself and relieved . I have suffered from hay-fever for over 20 years. Several treatments with Randal Pinto have cured the condition. My nose no longer constantly runs and my eyes are not itchy and watery. I also suffer from spondylolisthesis, an unstable spine. This condition cannot be cured but can be managed. Mr Pinto 's treatments quickly result in pain relief in weeks and even days on occasion. He is wholly professional, kind and knowledgeable.
