Absolutely fantastic ccustomer service. I bought a copper and oak beer engine and it is so good, I had a second hand beer engine and wish I had gone to pint365 first as the the pump is so good I would recommend this product and company.

Diabolical customer service! I never received the item purchased and whilst this may have been the fault of the courier it does not excuse the fact that I have contacted this company 3 times for an update and to request a refund and heard nothing back from them! I was patient and waited several days for a response and still got nothing! I even had to chase for the courier tracking number at the point the item was supposedly dispatched! Very poor and I still have no response and no product! Shame as the product actually looks great! Do not use these - they have taken my money and done nothing more - basically I’ve been robbed!!!!
