Absolutely does not respond to emails sent through the page’s contact system. Seems to be far more interested in posting content on fb and Instagram than responding to enquries. Ppl say ‘oh he’s on vacation’ etc… nowhere on his page does it say this-it’s been MONTHS. Very unprofessional. Update: Four months, no response whatsoever. Several enquries sent…nothing. He has lots of new photos on FB though. 🙄

I ordered masks that he advertised on Facebook. Paid for them and have yet to receive an update for eta. He is unwilling to simply communicate with me about the order. I've reached out via Facebook, Messenger and email, to no avail. I had been a fan for some time, however unprofessional behaviour is not acceptable regardless of how beautiful you or your product is. I wrote two e-mails to Pinsent Tailoring via the messaging page on the Pinsent website. I had hoped to arrange for a man's Regency outfit with breeches, waistcoat, and tailcoat. I did not receive a reply to either e-mail. It may be that Pinsent does not work with people outside of Great Britain. If so, that should be stated clearly on the website.
