Had a very disappointing Sunday roast. Service was slow with a 5 minute wait between getting the veg and the gravy, with a further 2 minute wait to find out if the gravy was vegetarian. The Yorkshire puddings and half the roast potatoes came out burnt and where therefore inedible, as well as the meat being served over cooked. A pint of coke alone was £4.50 which just seems extortionate. I was charged full price for a roast that was just the trimmings (as a vegetarian that doesn’t like nut roasts) which doesn’t add up. A none optional 12.5% service charge was added, which doesn’t represent anywhere near what we experienced. Overall extremely dissatisfied and would never come back.

Recently came in for the Sunday feast, which was the complete opposite. Prices are extremely high for below average food. Food came out in dribs and drabs, 4 minute wait for gravy plus an extra 2 minutes to find out if one portion was vegetarian. All the veg was cold. The beef was asked to be served pink, which they offer on the menu but was overcooked and extremely fatty. Burnt Yorkshire puddings which were clearly inedible. The prices for the drinks are extremely extortionate £4.50 for a pint of coke! They then add on a 12.5% service charge which is not stated as optional, for the service we received this was a complete and utter joke. Definitely would not recommend especially for a roast dinner unless overpriced, cold, and burnt food is your thing.

Nice place and good drinks. Really annoying that they refuse to serve you unless you order from the app on the roof top. Plus you can only sit where your allocated. If server puts you in a place you don’t like, tough luck
