I took my dress here that i needed for a wedding. I loved the dress but it was very restrictive, i couldn't move in it very well as it was a floor length dress. i asked if i would be able to get a split put in it…without hesitation i was told it could be be done, i got it back in a week and it looks better then when i first got it and fits absolutely perfectly, they did a great job and i would not hesitate in coming back here again. I contacted pins and needles through recommendations from other people i know who had used them previously to alter my wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses. Abi was amazing she made myself and all my bridesmaids feel comfortable. She altered the lengths on all the dresses perfect and on my daughters she added a waist band and bow which looked brilliant, you would have never guessed that it wasn't part of the original dress. Then on my wedding dress she altered the length which had lots of layers and altered the top part as it was too big. It ended up fitting perfect and i felt like a princess. I would definitely use pins & needles again and recommend then to anyone who is looking at getting there wedding dress altered. Very reasonably priced too. I enquired on Facebook about what I needed then went into the shop the following day, brought in a christening outfit that hadn’t been touched in 8 years and had a few stains on it, I didn’t hold out much hope tbh! I was so wrong, it came out sparkling, it looks brand new and I’m so delighted to be able to pass it onto my nephew for his christening. 10/10 would highly recommend the shop for dry cleaning.
