I contacted Pinpoint in connection with my boiler which was frequently losing pressure due to a leak our plumber could not detect. The service and attention I received from Pinpoint was very impressive and gave me full confidence they knew their sector. I was given transparent and very informative advice from Rob, a technician (who was actually going to attend my property) on the service offered and procedure as well thorough advice from Narinder on the billing process and dealing with my insurer (if required). I actually found the leak before using the physical trace service (despite booking them to attend) however, if I am unfortunate enough to require such services again, I wouldn’t bother looking elsewhere. Stand out service, response times and advice - from my experience, I would highly recommend them. Thanks so much to everyone at Pinpoint, much appreciated and a great job!

George arrived on time and located the leak in our central heating system. He accessed the leak under our bathroom floor, repaired the leaking pipe and replaced the floorboard and flooring. Extremely pleasant and knowledgeable engineer. Would certainly recommend. Also Narinder at the head office was in touch throughout. Very efficient, friendly and reassuring. I called Pinpoint in to trace an elusive underfloor central heating leak. Two lads arrived spot on time and began straight away. They found the leak within 40 mins, removed a floor tile, repaired the pipe and tidied up ready to leave within 3hrs. I cannot praise their work highly enough, would recommend Pinpoint to anyone in the same position.

Called these guys due to another company letting down some extremely vulnerable customers of mine, not impressed. Pinpoint were from start to finish professional in every way, every employee in this company makes what can be a difficult and challenging set of circumstances an enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend them and I won’t be using anyone else. We had a leak that was undetectable a their lead technician Rob found it almost immediately, he was an extremely knowledgeable engineer and very approachable and friendly guy….. Rob was very informative and repaired a leak on our main water pipe that was inaccessible behind kitchen units with far less disruption than we had advised would be the case by other plumbers. Three previous visits by emergency plumbers had failed to complete the job so it was great to have our faith restored in highly skilled tradespeople.
