I did not plan to eat Indonesian food when I strolled around Camden market, but then I discovered this gem called Pino's warung. Originally come from Indonesia and have been living in NL for a while, I tried different Indonesian restaurants here and always thought so lucky to live in NL but hey apparently they sell nice Indonesian food too in UK??! And it tastes better than some of those Indonesian restaurants in NL?? I ordered Nasi Padang and it was enaaaakk bangeeet. Rendangnya, sayur nya, sambel ijo nya, rasanya kayak di Indonesia beneran. I paid £12.5, which I think is a fair price. And everything is halal too, which gives added value for me. Now I know where to get my meal every time I come to London again :)

Came here last Sunday when it was the last day for the Eid al-Fitr special menu. This special menu included my favourite beef rendang, then there was also chicken braised in coconut milk, chicken liver with potatoes and sambal. Except the chicken liver that I don't like, I enjoyed everything. My wife had ayam geprek which is smashed chicken. Even I am ok with spicy food, that sambal that came with the ayam geprek was too hot for me. Food here doesn't have watered down taste. It's authentic Indonesian food made for Indonesians. Definitely best Indonesian street food in London.
