Been coming for nearly 20 years. Accumulated around 400 orders and 99% of the time everything is absolutely bob on and nothing wrong with the service. Confused as to why people who have also (apparently) been coming for years chose to leave 1 star reviews due to 1 bad experience. Best takeaway in Urmston.

I have been to a fair share of takeaways, and definately have to say this is the best by far. I have been a regular customer for years. Great service and value for money and the staff are really friendly. Couldn't ask for anything more!

Came late around 30 minutes beforenthey close and they had the donner packed away and no naan available. So asked for 2 regular donner meat and chips. Unfortunately got charged for large each time which was nearly £8 and the donner was like cardboard and they really shouldn't have allowed themselves to sell it as it was terrible Would be 0 stars but I'll allow the 1 star for the excellence garlic mayo they have. Maybe I should try earlier but for my 1st time experience it did not even come close to expectations

I've been ordering from here for 20 plus years, the food used to be great but in the last 18 months it's gone rapidly down hill. I live 2 mins away from the takeaway however my order tonight took over an hour and a half to be delivered. When it finally arrived I received half cooked soggy chips, a luke warm chewy garlic bread with cheese which has sadly become the norm and not very nice donner meat. The webpage states "We take great pride in the freshness and quality of our food, service and hygeine"... Ha yeh right, everyone i know who has ordered from you lately doesn't agree! Further more, the takeaway has increased it's prices ridiculously, more than any other take away in Urmston but at the same time massively lowered it's food standards to i don't care what i send out standards. Never again, after all these years the relationship is over. You ought to be ashamed Pinnochios!

We had a great take away from Pinocchio's whilst watching the football. A really solid take away pizza! The crusts were all eaten too which is always the sign of good dough. Fresh and tasty toppings and a decent variation of combinations. We'll be back!
