The most shocking and disappointing property management company I've ever experienced. They'll have one incompetent person managing over 70 flats, we report issues and get no response. Sewage issues in the whole building, complaints being ignored, even the operations manager will ignore calls and complaints. Its a shambles. Cooker hasn't been working for 1 month, building is cracking as it was cheaply built. The issue is that Pinnacle have the most shambolic communication and customer service and this makes things 100x worse. They also like to move people in without signing the tenancy agreement, sending out inventory reports and other legal docs... dodgy Next step is for me and my neighbors to go to the housing ombudsman for some help. DO NOT RENT WITH PINNACLE if you want a stress free living situation! I read the reviews before moving in and thought I'd take my chances... LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS, THEY ARE NOT LYING!!!

We have been renting a property in Scotland for about 3 years now, all perfect so far, any issues have been resolved promptly and efficiently, even during the coronavirus pandemic. The property manager Zoe Soutar has always been very helpful, friendly and professional, it is a pleasure to deal with her. Great experience, would definitely recommend!

0 star if possible. No trust in this company. They replies are so slow and no one is responsible for anything. No name written at the end of their emails either and no explanation of the situation whatsoever. What a hassle we had to go through just to get our deposit back. They accused us of rent arrears when we never missed any payments and paid in time. Eventually found out that it was THEIR ERROR of not ending our tenancy. They had no idea when we actually moved out cause they sent checkup person to our flat on a wrong date too when we were still renting the place from them. No apology from them till the end, what a surprise. Elevators are often broken, hot water stops so often and security is just sitting there doing nothing. Even though the limehouse building were new, sound proofing was terrible and we could hear footsteps from everywhere all the time. Regretting renting a flat from them so much.

After renting for 15+ years in London, living at Ropemakers Limehouse was without a doubt the worst experience I have had as a tenant - during and after. Extremely slow to reply to any method of contacting them - or sometimes just not replying at all despite several attempts to contact them. After moving out, it has taken them nearly 2 months to return our deposit - eventually discovering this was their error after they failed to end our tenancy on their records... resulting in them accusing us of not paying rent. Throughout this whole process there was never any apology or explanation as to how this could happen.

If my review was based only on my dealings with Zoe Souter I would not hesitate to give 5 stars. I received nothing but excellent service from Zoe Souter. Always professional, knowledgeable, helpful and sincere. Pinnacle are fortunate to have her as part of their team.

Was in a flat for 2 years in Edinburgh and was managed for the majority from Zoe Soutar. Didn't really have any issues, smoothly moved in and out of the property and was replied to when anything flagged up. Did have direct contact with the landlord from time to time for some issues regarding a washing machine installation but I think it was more of the supplies end than the management company. Overall positive experience
