I would like to share a very personal episode that is currently happening in my life and how this magnificently human garage assisted me in my dire time of need. My wife is currently dying from a very aggressive cancer in the Royal Stoke Hospital. Suffice to say it has destroyed my family and I. To add to thus pain my Audi Q3 engine particulate filter warning light began displaying on my dashboard. I cried and cried and I'm not ashamed to admit it. Pinkstones immediately fixed it for me but did not charge me. This act of human kindness will always stay with me. Thank you Pinkstones and Ayesha you are what true human kindness, empathy and care is all about

Sales and service has markedly declined since I bought my last car. I wish the salesperson who has now left who always dealt with me well on his retirement he was a credit to the dealership. Over the years family and I have had many vehicles from here. Such a shame as there aren’t many family owned dealers anymore

Awful experience having purchased for cash a new Yaris cross the manager and Chloe were rude and as a customer I was treated like I was stuck to the bottom of their shoes! Practically threw the keys at me without a word of thanks for my considerable purchase. Denied communications that had taken place. Not my first experience of purchasing a new car, certainly the worst!
