Had an awful experience on Sunday in this shop. Have shopped in Pinko for years but have never received such bad customer service as I did at this branch on Sunday. One of the shop assistants was extremely rude and quite aggressive to me and my friends. Some staff training and communication skills training are definitely required in this store.

The worst experience ever!!! We were shouted at by the female sales assistant - terrible experience! The girl needs to change career, she doesn’t know how to treat customers. She accused my friend of marking a white tshirt and then implied that she’d stolen another tshirt. She has dark hair, cut in a bob and an unhygienic nose ring! Please avoid this shop!
