    The shop is very nice. A woman called Brisca helped me to decide what to buy. She explained the story behind their 'love' bags, was amazingly helpful and went out of her way to arrange for a bag which they didn't have to be delivered to the store in no time. Probably the best customer assistance I have ever received!

    The staff were either rude or racist I donā€™t like playing the R card so letā€™s leave that at Rude I wanted to get two jumpers in the store and they said it wasnā€™t available anywhere and the other item they had only one on the shop floor (which was the case for every item) asked for my size she said no without checking asked her to check another store she said no I should go to Harrods. There was an Asian lady who actually seemed like she wanted to help but the other lady said no. Walked off and went to Harrods and got what I wanted. Will never go back to this particular branch
