One of the only salon’s in York with an online appointment system so booked last minute. Anna was very welcoming, explained what she was doing every step of the way and I thoroughly enjoyed my treatments which were a pedicure, manicure and hot stone massage - would definitely recommend.

Think there are some harsh reviews on here. I went in today to get an express mani and pedi and had my eyebrows done. Anna was lovely, really calming and did all my treatments really well. She asked me at several points during the treatments whether I was comfortable and made sure I wasn’t in any pain. I would give this a chance in return for great customer service! 😊
