Initially I was delighted with the service I received whilst ordering sadly it went down hill from there. We had to cancel our builder 3 times as items were not delivered ( and had to pay him as it was short notice). I had to call and ask where the items were only to be told they were re ordered or already posted ( but didn't arrive) or in the case of the 4.2m railing ...lost at the depot. (2 were finally delivered within 24 hours of each other). I emailed asking if they would refund some of the costs to offset the payments made to the builder explaining also that our planned house warming party had to be cancelled as we were unsure of the safety of the balustrades. We did not receive a reply.

Great balustrades at a very good price, quite easy to fit for someone that's average at DIY. I fitted it to ceramic tiles and drilling holes into them can be a problem without an expensive drill bit. I would definitely recommend this company based on my experience dealing with them.

I ordered a Principal System balustrade in mirror polish with bronze glass with marine grade handrail and fixings – it is fabulous. From the start of the project, I had endured many setbacks with contractors letting me down, even finding a millboard decking contractor was a problem culminating in long delays. I explained all of this to Mark, and he worked with me to deliver the balustrade components on a date that fitted in with the delayed work. I can truly say that dealing with Mark and his team was a breath of fresh air, the product is amazing with easy-to-understand installation guides that meant my contractor had no problems erecting the balustrade - and the glass is just gorgeous. If you want to instal a quality balustrade whole-heartedly I recommend Pink Sand.

We are absolutely delighted with our balustrade. Everyone at Pink Sand was incredibly helpful and efficient throughout. A small hiccough with a courier was no problem as Pink Sand sent one of their own vans the same day in order to ensure there was no delay with the fitting. Old fashioned, personal service such as this is hard to find these days and the end product looks amazing!
