I first visited Pink Beauty Salon for a eyebrow thread and tint, results were amazing and all the staff so friendly and helpful. I then decided to go for the eyebrow Microshading after seeing the results on other clients. Was taken through the whole process first verbally, everything was explained fully with what to expect after that first treatment. Treatment at no point was uncomfortable and was reassured throughout the process. I was in love with the final look, fuller eyebrows with a perfect colour match for my skin and hair tone. Had worst experience. Never going back to this parlour. It was rushed even though I was in so much pain and had full of tears. I had bit of bleeding as well near to my lip. She was very rude and giving too much facial expression when I asked about it. I had an excellent service few years back. They should mindful when hiring new staff. Editing my comments to add my points: My intention is not damage the reputation. Me and my friends have used your service in the past and were happy. I have travelled 30 mins to visit your parlour. Do you continue threading even if the customer was so much pain and full of tears? Don't you think I need a minute to get ready? Do you leave the hair on their face? I am sure people do use the brush to remove the excess right? May be I am wrong. Don’t you show the small mirror to customer to get the shape right? Anyway good luck to you.
