Didn't get the chance to eat. Rude and unwelcoming staff member turned us away on Easter Monday when we had a very hungry child. Totally understand when it's busy and there are no tables but was made to feel bad for even asking. Poor experience. Wahaca next door much more welcoming and great for kids.

We usually love ping pong. Tonight at Covent Garden’s. Food was usual standard - tasted good when it came. Slower service than other venues / ridiculous price for a very very small bowl of prawns crackers . My first drink took ages. My second drink took soooo long we had finished all the food. The waitress was really unfriendly . Started taking my drink order, I turned to ask my son what drink he wanted and she had gone and started to serve someone else. She took my plate away when I was still eating. She went to take my drink away when it was quarter full. My child’s food came way after all our food . It was only a small mini bowl. Never got the spoon I asked for, for my child.Had to ask another waitress. Finally we didn’t get all our pudding. So one of my children had to leave disappointed , having no icecream . Usually love ping pong. But left tonight frustrated and disappointed . Don’t think we ll be going back!

I didn’t really want to eat here but my friend insisted because she had a discount voucher due to her last experience being really bad. She told me that her and a friend waited almost 1.5 hours for their order. They were so disappointed but the manager decided to give them a voucher for next time. She really wanted to use the voucher before it expired. As it turned out she couldn’t even use it when we went because there was some sort of condition on it. I ordered some small snacks from their menu as it was half price before 5 or 6pm I think. The food here is good but waiting time for the food is disappointing.
