    Visited at 3pm on Friday 5th June only to find they were closed despite the web site stating they would be open. Don't live close so quite annoyed by wasted journey. Don't rely on website make sure you ring first

    Placed an order for 10 pieces of fabric waited a month but it didn’t arrive so messaged them, they said it had been sent but they couldn’t find a paper trail for the parcel and said they would send again, so a few days later the package arrived with only 9 pieces of fabric, I messaged them which they didn’t reply to so I rang them, only to be told the missing fabric was out of stock and they would have to refund me via PayPal for the missing fabric. The refund hadn’t been actioned by 3 days later so I started a dispute with PayPal, their reply to this was that they had tried to refund me but PayPal wouldn’t let them refund as there was an open dispute, so I closed the dispute thinking they would do the right thing and refund me immediately but I’m still waiting for my refund, definitely won’t be ordering from them again

    recommend Pinflair Creative Crafts. Nov 23, 2018 10:21am Do not sue this company if you actually wish to get your products. £45 order placed on 3rd November. Chased for update 10 days later only to be told to read the 'fine print' delivery information, which say it can take up to 14 working days to process, this excludes the time in the post (which is a joke). Phoned again today only to be told the item isn't in stock afterall & they needed to refund me. They didn't email me or phone me - just took my money & waited for me to chase. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE.
