You might want to improve your customer service! The Woman who answers the phone is unenthused, does not introduce herself or the company and in my experience has said she will put me through to the correct person but has ended up putting me on hold and then hanging up and then after calling back gave me an email address which does not exist. If you don't want to be contacted just tell me, if you are not interested in exploring other products, just tell me. The first impression people are getting of your company can't be great.
